Are you a cross fit gym?

No we are not a cross fit gym

Do you have showers?

Yes we do!

Will there be 24 hour access?

Yes, we are a 24 hour gym.

Do you have day passes?

Yes! $10 day passes are available. Perfect if you’re coming from out of Houston or to get a feel of our gym.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, we are not making folks sign a contract!

What does "Training Center" mean?"

We are a regular membership based gym first and foremost. We are also making the facility a place where people that have a career as a personal trainer can use the facility to train their clients.

Are personal trainers employees of the gym?

No they are not. These are folks paying a fee to use the facility to train their clients. Feel free to approach them and ask any questions you may have about their services.
